These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Vinfoz website, software, and related applications (collectively, the “Services”) provided by Vinfoz (“Vinfoz”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
Vinfoz provides cloud-based business management software, including modules for inventory, finance, human resources, services, bookings, and related functions. We may add, modify, or discontinue features from time to time to improve the Services.
You agree not to: (a) use the Services for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users’ data; (c) interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services; (d) reverse engineer, copy, or resell the Services except as permitted by law; or (e) upload malicious code or content that infringes the rights of others.
Certain features are offered on a paid subscription basis. Fees, billing cycles, and plan details are described at the time of purchase. You authorise us and our payment partners to charge the applicable fees. Subscriptions renew according to the plan you select unless cancelled.
Subscription fees are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time, and your access will continue until the end of the current billing period. Please review our Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details.
You retain ownership of the data you submit to the Services. You grant us a limited licence to host, process, and use that data solely to operate and improve the Services for you. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
The Services, including all software, design, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks, are owned by Vinfoz or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our branding without prior written permission.
The Services may contain links to, or display content from, third parties, including advertising served through Google AdSense. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third parties. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vinfoz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Services in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you breach these Terms or use the Services in a manner that may cause harm to us or others. You may stop using the Services at any time.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Kanyakumari, Tamil Nadu, India.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
